
Detroit Diesel Diagnostic Link Professional
Detroit Diesel DiagnosticLink Professional is the OEM diagnostic and service application for supported Detroit powertrain systems and select Daimler Truck North America vehicle platforms. It provides technicians with comprehensive access to electronic control unit information, diagnostic fault codes, instrumentation data, service routines, system tests, parameter settings, and programming functions.
DiagnosticLink Professional includes all functionality available in DiagnosticLink Standard, allowing users to identify connected ECUs, read and clear diagnostic fault information, monitor live operating data, perform supported service routines and system tests, and view or modify supported ECU parameters.
The Professional license adds ECU reprogramming capability. This makes it the appropriate DiagnosticLink tier for technicians who need to perform supported powertrain controller software updates or reprogramming in addition to normal diagnostic and parameter functions. Some programming procedures may require the purchase of a separate Detroit programming event or additional authorization.
Supported applications include Detroit EPA07, EPA10, GHG14, GHG17, GHG21, and Gen 5 engine platforms, along with supported Freightliner, Western Star, Thomas Built Buses, and Cascadia vehicle systems.
