Every EngineDiag laptop kit is professionally configured before shipment. GDS2 and Tech2Win are installed and activated, the GM MDI 2 interface and required communication drivers are configured, and the complete system is tested so it arrives plug-and-play and ready to use.
GDS2 provides OEM diagnostic access for supported later-model GM vehicles, while Tech2Win extends coverage to supported legacy Tech 2 applications. Together they provide DTC diagnostics, live data, module information, output controls, system tests, and supported service functions.
