Navistar Diamond Logic Builder (DLB)
Navistar Diamond Logic Builder (DLB) is OEM chassis diagnostic and programming software for supported International trucks and IC Bus vehicles equipped with the Diamond Logic electrical system. It is designed specifically for diagnosing, configuring, and programming body and chassis electronic functions controlled through the vehicle’s Body Control Module (BCM).
DLB allows technicians to read and display diagnostic trouble codes, monitor vehicle signals, inspect switches, contacts, outputs, connectors, and multiplex data, and troubleshoot electrical faults such as open circuits, short circuits, abnormal current loads, and improperly configured logic.
Diagnostic Mode also provides the ability to view and override supported vehicle signals, helping technicians test switches, gauges, outputs, and other multiplex-controlled components during troubleshooting. Fault information can include active or inactive status, module information, connector or pin locations, and probable causes.
DLB also supports configuration and programming of supported Diamond Logic features and Body Control Module parameters. Depending on vehicle configuration and user authorization, technicians can configure switches, gauge-cluster functions, chassis/body parameters, and supported Tire Pressure Monitoring System functions.

Important: DLB is primarily a body/chassis electrical diagnostic and programming application. It is not a replacement for Navistar Engine Diagnostics (NED) for engine diagnostics or NavKal for ECM calibration updates.
