The Navistar Engine Diagnostics (NED) Diagnostic Laptop Kit is a complete, ready-to-use engine diagnostic solution for technicians and fleets servicing supported Navistar and International electronic engine systems.
Every EngineDiag laptop kit is professionally configured before shipment. NED is installed and activated, the NEXIQ USB-Link 3 Wireless interface and communication drivers are configured, and the complete system is tested so it arrives plug-and-play and ready to use.
NED provides access to engine fault information, freeze-frame data, live data monitoring and graphing, actuator and service-bay tests, supported parameter changes, sensor calibration, and dedicated aftertreatment diagnostic and service functions.

Important: NED is primarily intended for engine diagnostics, testing, and supported parameter changes. ECM calibration updates are handled through NavKal, while chassis and body-electrical programming are handled through Diamond Logic Builder (DLB).
