The 12-month TOOLBOX PLUS software license is delivered digitally via email, while the NEXIQ USB-Link 3 Wireless and included cables are shipped as physical hardware.
TOOLBOX PLUS provides active and stored DTC diagnostics, live and static system data, component activation, system testing, ECU configuration, repair information, and supported aftermarket programming.
